Fusion C Series

The C Series is all about controlling the temperature of the concrete in cold weather conditions. From a basic all zone temperature control to an advanced computer controlled individual zone temperature control.

The basic C feature uses the Automated Mix Valve System (AVMS) to control the overall temperature of all the Zones. The desired return temperature is selected at start up. The supply temperature will automatically adjust to maintain the desired return temp.

For example, if the pour is done in warmer day time temperatures and as there is a drop in night time ambient temperature, the AVMS will automatically adjust the supply fluid temp to maintain the desired return fluid temperature. If fluid temperatures drop below the selected temp the Sat/Com system will provide an alarm notification via text.

The C2MS is an advanced system that is computer controlled and internet accessible with an easy to navigate touch screen built into the panel. The additional feature of the C2MS is the ability to temperature control individual zones on the concrete, giving the ability to create an even temperature throughout the slab. This is done with wireless transmission back to the panel from Thermister temperature sensors placed throughout the slab. Each Thermister controls the temperature of the zone it is assigned to.

For example, outside parameters of the pour may be more susceptible to wind etc. and the center of the pour may be more sheltered and generating more of its own thermal mass heat. Btu’s are diverted and used where needed.

For added security in cold weather pours; system adjustments, monitoring, self diagnostics and alarms are all available on line and via text message.

Data reports are available via the Web to provide the information on the temperature of the slab throughout its curing process to provide accurate documentation to any overseeing authority.
